Eau De Vie

The French term ‘Eau de Vie’ or ‘water of life’ is commonly used in the distilling industry to identify spirits produced from fruit. Seed & Spirit has developed a product line to highlight the uniqueness of these spirits’ body and nature, while highlighting the richness of local and regional ingredients. Our alembic pot stills are specifically designed to produce a rich distillate that transitions the essence of each fruit and herb through to the finished product. Keeping with French traditions, we twice distill each run and artfully curate recipes to accentuate the fruit pairings.
