Seed & Spirit sets the new standard for craft distilling by bringing all aspects of the process under one roof. We make our small batch whiskey from grain grown in Colorado soil and nurtured with Colorado snowmelt water. Our flagship ‘Bottled in Bond’ brands (Expedition and Queen’s Cut) are produced in one distillation season, by one distiller, at one distillery. While Forged in Fire Whiskey is a masterfully blended whiskey which a portion of the proceeds benefit our American Military Heroes. And Whiszcal… well that just the most original spirit to come out in decades. The first of its kind hybrid spirit, only produced by Seed & Spirit.

With a union of the Mexican Caballero and the American Cowboy, Whiszcal is a “Borderless Spirit” that blends smoked Mexican wild agave with American all grain for a smooth spirit as rich and as full of sunlight as the red clay of Colorado.

This full-bodied white dog moonshine salutes those veterans who have fallen. This whiskey is as complex as anyone who’s ever clutched their dog tags and looked into the world for hope. We are proud to honor those who have served.

Never outsourced or blended, this “Uncharted Whiskey” embodies the full spirit of crossing the American Plain on horseback and for the first time, in late summer, seeing snow-capped Rocky Mountains that kiss the sky.

Inside every black bottle is a masterful blend of 4+ year aged Rye or Bourbon, selected for its depth, strength, and unapologetic character. This is whiskey crafted with intention—for the legends among us.

Expedition Whiskey is the future ‘Bottled in Bond’ expression from Seed & Spirit, made with only the boldest barrels in our rickhouse. Each release is a Single Barrel Select, handpicked for unmatched character and depth.
Expedition is also a celebration of historical explorations. Every bottle pays tribute to remarkable journeys throughout the world, told through exquisite packaging and storytelling that bring history to life with every pour.
Select editions of Expedition will also feature our innovative ‘Wagon Wheel Aged’ products — motion-aged barrels engineered by Seed & Spirit to replicate the dynamic aging of whiskey transported in old frontier wagons. These limited offerings embody both heritage and innovation in every sip.
We believe that craft distilled spirits should be unique, different and produced in-house from start to finish. Seed & Spirit takes that one step further, we locally source our grains, in-house malting program, open air fermentation, artfully distilled, customized aging processes and love. We believe a better spirit is possible, and it starts with 100% in-house production and it ends with a promise to our consumers, we never outsource or white label Expedition, truly redefining handcrafted whiskey.
