We are Different in a way that Matters
Seed & Spirit was built on the belief the if we can be involved in all aspects of the distilling process, from seed to spirit, we will be able to create highly flavorful and unique spirits. When we launched we had a vision of farming, malting, distilling, and alternatively aging all our spirits– 2 years later, mission accomplished. We have built an entirely new model in the Colorado distilling scene and we are here to stay. While we also source whiskey for our collaboration brand, we primarily focus production on our ‘Bottle in Bond’ brands and limited release Seed & Spirit products.

A Unique Approach
Seed & Spirit Distilling produces unique master spirits, from our handmade whiskey and Whiszcal to master blended whiskeys for Forged in Fire. We focus on perfecting alterations to those traditional spirit products whenever possible. In creating a closed-loop, community-based system of production and distribution, we are intentionally involved in all aspects of the creation of our products by sourcing the highest quality, regional ingredients. Our malthouse produces our malted grains for all of our grain based recipes. Seed & Spirit Distilling is focused on creating a lasting positive impact in the local, national and international communities. It starts with a promise, what we sell we make with love and attention to detail.

A Personalized Experience
Seed & Spirit Distilling uses innovative and unique techniques in its production of fine spirits. By incorporating all aspects of the distilling industry into our production, we are breaking the mold on the way distilling is shaped in Colorado. We have become the first and only distillery in the state to grow our own grain, malt in-house, brew, distill, age, and package all under one roof — truly checking all the boxes. Seed & Spirit is focused on leading the way as a craft spirits producer in the newly forming Colorado Whiskey Category.
