Happy New Year from Seed & Spirit Distilling!
As we raise a glass to the new year, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on the incredible year we’ve had and share some exciting plans for the future.
A Year Of Growth And Community
2023 was a year of immense growth for Seed & Spirit. We welcomed new team members, expanded our production capacity, and released several new spirits that we’re incredibly proud of. But beyond the numbers, what truly made this year special was the connections we forged with our community.
We’re grateful for the opportunity to partner with so many amazing local businesses, from farms and restaurants to fellow distilleries and breweries. These collaborations have not only helped us grow our business, but they’ve also enriched our lives and given us a deeper appreciation for the vibrant community we’re a part of.
Harvesting the Fruits of Our Labor
One of the highlights of 2023 was finally seeing the fruits (or should we say grains?) of our labor come to fruition. We harvested our own heirloom corn for the first time, a significant step towards our goal of becoming a truly seed to spirit distillery. Witnessing the transformation of these kernels into the smooth, flavorful spirits we know and love was a truly rewarding experience.
A Toast to the Future
As we look to 2024, we’re brimming with excitement for what’s to come. We have some amazing new spirits in the pipeline, ready to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the world of craft distilling. We’ll also be continuing our commitment to sustainability, working to minimize our environmental impact and give back to the communities that support us. We are very proud to be the only distillery of its kind in Colorado, from farming to 100% in-house production – we are setting the new standard in the craft distilling industry.
But most importantly, we’re looking forward to raising a glass (or two) with you in the new year. We’re grateful for your continued support and can’t wait to share our passion for craft spirits with you in 2024 and beyond.
New On-Site Retail Shop made from Vintage Trailer
Starting on January 2nd, we’ll have our retail trailer open for business at Seed & Spirit Distilling production facility at 1900 E. Lincoln Ave. in Fort Collins – made from a 1972 Streamline travel trailer, offering our first releases of various spirits and merch! We will be launching with 4 different types of 100% in-house produced whiskeys, a white rum, Flora Gin, Whiszcal – Blanco & Repo/Rested and Friendly Fire Moonshine. For most of these spirits this will be the only place to find these limited-released spirits in Colorado, so don’t miss your chance to grab a bottle of BATCH 1.
