We are Different in a way that Matters
Over the past decade plus there has been a shift in the craft distilling and spirits industry, something we believe isn’t a true representation of what is possible in our industry. What is the shift, outsourcing, phantom distilleries and white labeling products. Our true belief is that ‘craft distilleries’ should be defined as artfully creating from start to finish craft spirits, made in the building that the business operates from. We believe that the uniqueness found in other craft industries is lost in the distilling industry at this moment in time. We are joining those producing 100% in-house products and aspiring to take it further through various aspects of the production process in our local Colorado distillery.

A Unique Approach
Seed & Spirit Distilling produces unique master spirits, to include our handmade whiskey, moonshine, and brandy. All of them made 100% in-house, while perfecting alterations to those traditional spirit products mentioned. In creating a closed-loop, community-based system of production and distribution, we are intentionally involved in all aspects of the creation of our product by sourcing the highest quality, regional ingredients. Our malthouse will produce our malted grains for all of our grain based brands. Seed & Spirit Distilling is focused on creating a lasting positive impact in the local, national and international communities. It starts with a promise, what we sell we make ourselves, with love and attention to detail.
