At Seed & Spirit, we believe great spirits deserve great food and a great place to enjoy both. Our new lounge brings the Seed & Spirit experience to life with an elevated but approachable menu built around raw oysters, wood-fired dishes, fresh local produce, and the top-shelf spirits we craft right here in Fort Collins. It’s a little refined, a little unexpected, and never stuffy. Think of us as your “Always Happy Hour Bar.” Great cocktails, great food, great people, and absolutely no reason to wait until 5:00.

Sundays Are Made for Brunch
Sundays at Seed & Spirit are getting their own personality. Join us for brunch, cocktails, and our Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary Bar, featuring our house Bloody Mary mix made with locally grown, fire-roasted tomatoes and a rotating assortment of locally made pickled vegetables.
Build it mild. Build it spicy. Build it ridiculous. We won’t judge… much.

Whiskey may be our specialty, but we love our Colorado craft community. Our Taps Around Town menu will feature a rotating selection of beers from local breweries, alongside thoughtfully selected wines and plenty of non-alcoholic options for the Wagon Jumper in us all.
Whether you’re here for a Seed & Spirit whiskey, a craft cocktail, a cold local beer, a glass of wine, or something completely spirit-free, there’s a seat at the table for you.
More Than an Oyster Lounge
Our patio is designed to become one of those places where you show up for dinner and somehow stay all night. Expect rotating live music, theater, comedy, special events, and community gatherings throughout the season.
Bringing the family? We’re creating a Kid Zone so the little ones can have some fun while the grown-ups settle in and enjoy the patio.
